I wanted to make something simple, something common. Dust came to mind. What’s dust in the real world? It’s usually dry dirt, soil, or tiny particles getting blown around. That got me thinking about the basic elements I had.
Earth seemed like the obvious starting point for the ‘dirt’ part. Then, what makes it ‘dusty’ and moves it around? Well, Wind does that.
The Combination
So, here’s what I did, step-by-step:
- I located the Earth element I had sitting on the side.
- Then, I found the Wind element.
- I clicked and dragged the Earth element.
- I dropped it right onto the Wind element.
And just like that, poof! The Dust element appeared. Seriously, it was that straightforward. Sometimes the most logical combination is the one that works right away in this game.
