So I was just scrolling through my TikTok feed the other day, you know, just wasting time, and I kept seeing this guy named Sketch popping up. He’s got this, uh, quirky way of talking, kinda like he’s got some tics or something. Got me thinking, does this dude have Tourette’s?
I mean, I’ve seen other creators talk about having Tourette’s, like that @rachelchaleff girl. She’s got millions of followers on TikTok, and she’s always talking about what it’s like living with Tourette’s. There’s also this Baylen Dupree, who shares her experiences with Tourette’s on her “Baylen Out Loud” thing. It’s cool that they’re using their platforms to educate people about it, right?
But then I saw this video from this @synthetic_strawberry account, replying to someone asking about their tics. They were like, “Here’s the storytime for how I got one of my funnies tics!” And they tagged their girlfriend, @*. It’s kinda cute, but also made me wonder if people are faking it for attention or something.
Anyway, back to Sketch. I did a little digging, cause, you know, gotta get to the bottom of things. And I found out that this Twitch streamer, Sketch, he straight up said he doesn’t have Tourette’s. Apparently, this Bradley Martyn guy, who does those “raw talks” interviews, asked him if he had any conditions, and Sketch was like, “No, I don’t have any conditions.”
Then there’s this whole thing about “The Tourettes Guy”. Some people think he’s real, some people think it’s an act. Like, is he just blowing his disorder out of proportion for laughs? I don’t know, man. It’s all kinda confusing.
