Alright, so I finally buckled down and went through Lies of P. Man, what a ride. Folks keep asking about the bosses and the order I tackled ’em in, so I figured I’d just lay out how my playthrough went, step-by-step.

Follow this list for all Lies of P bosses in order and prepare to beat them one by one.

First off, right out the gate, you hit the Parade Master. Felt like a proper “welcome to the game” moment. Took me a few tries, gotta admit. Learning the ropes, you know? Getting the parry timing down was key early on.

Then, not really a main boss, but that Mad Donkey dude gave me a bit of grief on the bridge. More annoying than hard, but definitely part of the progression. Had to get past him to save Geppetto, right?

Moving into the City Hall

Next up was the Scrapped Watchman in the City Hall. That electric fella. This one felt like the first real skill check. The phase two where he gets all crazy with the electricity? Yeah, that took some patience. Used a lot of my pulse cells on that one.

After that, I pushed through the Venigni Works. Place was a maze. At the end of it waited King’s Flame, Fuoco. Big furnace guy. Lots of fire, obviously. I found staying close and dodging around him worked better than trying to keep distance. Still burned through a few consumables.

The Cathedral and Beyond

St. Frangelico Cathedral was next. Creepy place. And at the bottom? Fallen Archbishop Andreus. Ugh, this guy. First phase wasn’t too bad, kinda standard big monster stuff. But that second phase where he flips around? That messed with my head. Took a solid chunk of time to get past him.

Then came the Malum District. Rough neighborhood. Ran into the Black Rabbit Brotherhood gang. The first fight with them, the Eldest mainly, plus his annoying siblings jumping in? Chaos. It felt less like a boss fight and more like a street brawl. Focusing down the main guy while dodging the others was the only way I managed.

The Estella Opera House followed. Fancy place, deadly puppets. And the star? The King of Puppets. Big mechanical dude, pretty epic fight. Then, surprise! Out pops Romeo for phase two. Totally different fight, fast and aggressive. That transition caught me off guard the first time. Took me a while to learn his moveset.

Pushing Towards the End

Grand Exhibition was next. Lots of exhibits, lots of danger. Champion Victor was waiting at the end. Big mutated dude. Felt like a slugfest. He hits hard, but his moves felt a bit more telegraphed than Romeo’s, which was a relief. Still took a few attempts to get the dodge timing right, especially with his grabs.

Then things got real swampy. Barren Swamp. Messy area. And the boss? The Puppet-Devouring Green Monster. Gross name, gross fight. That decay status effect was nasty. Phase two wasn’t much prettier. Just had to stay aggressive and keep the pressure on.

Felt like I was nearing the end, then BAM! Back near the start, but things are worse. Encountered the Corrupted Parade Master. Like the first boss, but meaner and with decay. Familiar, but still packed a punch.

Arche Abbey was the final stretch. Long climb, tough enemies. And then… Laxasia The Complete. Wow. Just wow. This fight was intense. Phase one is tough, phase two with the lightning? Absolutely brutal. Probably the hardest fight for me personally. Took ages. Lots of swearing involved.

Finally, the top. Simon Manus. First as the Awakened God, then as the Arm of God. Big lore dump, big fight. Felt like a proper final boss. Lots going on, crazy magic stuff. Took concentration, but after Laxasia, I felt kinda prepared.

Oh, and right at the very, very end, depending on your choices, you might run into the Nameless Puppet. Didn’t fight him on my first run because of the choice I made, but went back and did it. Super fast, super aggressive. A real test of everything you’ve learned. Felt like a secret final exam.

So yeah, that was pretty much my path through Krat and its bosses. One after the other, just kept pushing forward. Tough game, but beating each one felt pretty darn good.
